From the beginning Teen Challenge has operated under the concept that a person with life controlling problems can change - If that person wants to change.

    Teen Challenge of the Dakotas offers a residential program for adult males 18 years, and older. The 16 month program consists of five phases of induction, training and re-entry. The first 11 months include the four phases of induction and training. The fifth and final phase of re-entry is five months in length. It consists of discipleship and assistance in transitioning back into the "real" world.

    Many of our students come from broken homes. Several have been involved with gangs and criminal activity. Some may be court ordered to complete the program. With nearly 50 years of history in helping drug and criminal offenders, Teen Challenge has earned a reputation as one of America's most successful rehabilitation programs. Teen Challenge of the Dakotas is one of approximately 300 centers worldwide and is accredited through Teen Challenge International USA located in Springfield, Missouri.
